The YOSHIKIN SHOP

When the GLOBAL series was born,
it was the chefs from all over the world that highly acclaimed this new type of cooking knife
with a seamless, all-stainless steel structure.
Now its market has expanded to many countries,
and GLOBAL's worldwide recognition brings customers from all over the world to the YOSHIKIN SHOP.
We offer a variety of services and look forward to your visit.

The Roppongi shop, the manufacturer's first directly-operated shop,
is located inside the AXIS building, which showcases the latest design information.
We opened this shop in 1999 to directly convey the charm of GLOBAL knives to our customers.

In 2024, marking the milestone of our 70th anniversary, we opened another directly-operated shop
within our headquarters in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture.
Manufactured in Tsubame City, which is renowned for its metalworking craftsmanship,
we are proud to broadly share the appeal of GLOBAL knives.

  • Test Cutting

    Test cutting the ingredients with selected knives from GLOBAL and GLOBAL-IST series is available.
    *Bringing your own ingredients is not allowed.

    Reception is until 6:30 p.m.
    Tsubame
    Reception is until 3:30 p.m.

  • Name Printing

    1100 yen (tax incl.) per 1 knife.

    Roppongi
    Done within approx. 10 to 30 min., same-day pickup is available.
    Tsubame
    3 business days from order to pickup. *Shipping is limited to domestic addresses.

  • Re-sharpening

    We accept in-store drop-offs. It will be re-sharpened at our Niigata headquarters factory and be done within 7 to 10 days.

  • Gift Wrapping

    We offer free gift wrapping and message card.

  • Shipping
